The Youth Group (currently 7th – 12th grade) meets an average of three Sundays per month. We do a combination of service projects, discussions and fun activities. Service projects include helping with Room at the Inn homeless shelter, serving meals at Harbor Light, playing with children at the Crisis Nursery Center, making blankets for Project Linus, making dog treats for the Humane Society, and many more.
Our discussions range from current events to structured discussions to movies to “chew ‘n chats” (out to lunch and a discussion). Fun activities can be anything! We have been to the Zoo, roller skating, paint balling, movies, bowling, ice skating, Demolition Ball, Lazer Tag and many, many more.
We typically meet from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm following Sunday worship service. We also have church school each Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
